PRODUCER: 6th Street Playhouse presents the West Coast Premiere of

WHAT: “Kite’s Book: Tales of an 18th Century Hitman,”
By Robert Caisely

Set in London in the 1750s, “Kite’s Book,” by Robert Caisely is a sword-slinging, pistol-dueling, maiden-saving, jolly good time – with a fervent and poignant examination of the many variations on, and the disparities within, the human ideal that “Justice must be served!”

The play opens with the young hero, Will Carew, being strapped to four horses, which, at any second, will be sent hurdling off in all four directions. He speaks his last words, which unfold a tale of intrigue, villainy, murder, corruption, and revenge – and that’s just in the first three pages!

“Kite’s Book” is a rousing, swashbuckling, action-packed stage play featuring Rahman Dalrymple as 18th Century hitman, Harry Kite and Barry Martin as Judge Hardwick.

Directed by Craig A. Miller.
