Chef Josh Silvers from Syrah Bistro recently opened Jackson's Bar and Oven — a casual, hot new restaurant serving classic American cuisine and interesting new dishes from his wood fired oven.
Jackson's opens daily at 11:30 a.m. and stays open through the day and into the night. It also features some innovative, fun, cool cocktails — some with a twist!

The award winning Brasserie Restaurant and Lounge, located in front of the Hyatt Vineyard Creek Hotel on 3rd. Street, offers the perfect setting for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Executive Chef Richard Whipple takes great pride in using regional products with an emphasis on FRESH!!

Syrah's monthly changing menu showcases Sonoma seasonal cuisine. Chef Josh Silvers finds his inspiration from Sonoma's incredible artisan producers and the vast array of fresh, organic produce available in California. An active Slow Food member, Josh consistently focuses on organic and sustainably farmed fruits and vegetables. He calls Sonoma County a "Chef's playground". Josh's goal, he says, is to create deeply flavored soul-satisfying comfort food and take it to a higher level of sophistication.
At Syrah, we believe the natural pairing of food and wine is in constant motion and we strive to keep up with the dance. Our list and our menu are fluid, and we continually try to find innovative and unusual combinations that surprise and please the palate. Our wine program is designed around our namesake varietal Syrah, enhanced by other Rhone varietals and rounded out with more traditional wines such as Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Within our list you will find a large selection of wines, some you may never have heard of, others as comfortable as a well-worn sweater.
