Owner: Josh Silvers Opened: 2012
Josh Silvers is the Chef Owner of Three Squares Café and Jackson’s Bar & Oven in Santa Rosa. Josh was the chef/owner of Syrah Bistro for over 14 years. Early in 2012, he decided to reinvent Syrah and open a new restaurant in the same space which he now calls Three Squares Cafe. His excitement with Jackson’s casual wine country “eats” prompted him to remodel Syrah and make it more casual. The Three Squares Café features wholesome comfort food and the wine list is made of many of the Sonoma County’s favorite local wines. The café like its predecessors has opened to wide spread enthusiasm and rave reviews.
