Agenda

The meeting was called to order at 8:45am by Mike Montague.

1.         President Updates

            A. Security: Patrol has been reduced to 5 nights with a dedicated officer.

            B. Hot Couture has applied for the City’s Façade Improvement Grant and will keep us in the loop with the process.

2.         ED Updates

            A. Future board meeting guest: Michelle Gervais, Cannery update, April 20^th.

            B. April 11, 2023 “Townhall Meeting” with John Cregan/SR Chief of Police

            C. Marketing updates:

                        1. New advisory committee: Hotel Communication will be chaired by Theresa Tomassi and will include general managers, sales managers to better engage our hotels, offer support and keep updated on RRSQ events & activities.

                        2.Discussed ideas for new brochure/rack card, plans for improved social media and updating our branding of RRSQ.

3.         Budget updates:

            Financials reviewed.

4.         Other discussion items:

            Paul will be following up with the City Parking manager to discuss options for improved lighting, signage for the parking lot under the freeway.
